Personal data processing notice

What data we collect and why

• Contact form: name and surname, email, telephone if provided, apartment of interest and message. They are used to send the project teaser and to contact those who requested information. Legal basis: consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
• Reserved area: name and surname, company if provided, email, outcome of the login and documents opened. They are used to record who consults the confidential documentation of the operation. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in tracking access to confidential documents.
• Technical data: the country of origin of the connection. The IP address is used only to limit automated submissions and is deleted within one hour; it is not stored.

Retention

Contact form and reserved area data are kept for 24 months from collection, or until consent is withdrawn, and then deleted.

Where the data is stored

The website and the database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., acting as processor, in European Union data centres where available. The internal notification of a new contact is sent through Resend, Inc., also acting as processor. Data is not disclosed to other parties or made public, and is not used for automated decisions.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and object, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out. Just write to srl.nautilus@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
